Your art piece will be packaged in a designed craft box which is also a beautiful gift box.

It will be secured in the box to avoid any damage on its journey to you. However, if there is a problem with the item you received - please contact me and I'll be happy to help. read my shop policy for further information.

Some of our lighting fixtures include bulbs, while others do not. Please refer to the product's information section to see whether bulbs are included with your specific item.

5. How should I care for my handmade lighting fixture?

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your handmade lighting fixture, I recommend gently dusting it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish. For more detailed care instructions, please refer to the care guide included with your purchase.

Yes, I offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and times will vary depending on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
