Free Shipping worldwide from Israel.

Regular shipping:
Israel: up to 10 business days.
Everywhere else: up to 20 business days.
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on local customs, holidays, etc.

Refund Policy:

We hope you will love your Chen Taoz lightings! However,If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 10 days of receiving the order.
Before returning your item please send an email to let us know to expect it.
Once the item is received and checked, we will contact you to confirm the refund has been made, or discuss further with you.
In the event of a return or exchange, we ask you to cover inbound shipping. However, if the product is defective in any way, we will cover the cost of inbound shipping.

Products purchased from stock can only be exchanged. It is not possible to make returns or exchanges on products that were custom made according to the customer's order and especially for him.

Product instructions and warranty:
The installation of the product will be done by a qualified electrician on behalf of the customer.
Before cleaning the product must be disconnected from the electricity, the products can be cleaned with a dry or damp cloth only.

Warranty will be given subject to presentation of a receipt only.

The validity of the warranty is as specified in the receipt and up to 5 years, provided that the product was installed by a qualified electrician and in accordance with the studio's instructions.

No warranty will be given for damages caused to the products by the customer and/or to a third party as a result of installation and/or use of the product not in accordance with the instructions. It is hereby clarified that the warranty will not apply to breakage, including broken glass, defect or damage to the product, damages caused as a result of cleaning the product in any cleaning materials and/or resulting from the use of inappropriate light bulbs and/or resulting from an external event unrelated to the studio, including an accident, fire, flood, faults in the electrical network and/or resulting from damage caused by negligence or malice on the part of the client and/or someone who is not a representative of the studio.

The products are supplied with high-quality LED bulbs that are adapted to each of the lighting fixtures in their power and shape. The warranty does not apply to the bulbs, which must be replaced from time to time as needed.​

Storage and delivery of orders:

Orders can be stored for up to 30 days from the date of the order, after 30 days a storage charge will apply, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the order only.

The delivery of the order to the customer's home will involve an additional charge, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the order only.

Terms of Payment:

You can pay with Credit/Debit Cards or bit or manual payment trough bank transfer or cash. The work on the order will start after the transfer of payment. The goods are owned by Chen Taoz Studio until payment is fully done.
